After spending the summer getting into shape with the Couch-to-5K running program, I was inspired to create an extended piece of music suitable for listening while running. This is the result. With a steady, energetic beat (116 BPM), and a number of recurring themes, the music serves as the soundtrack to your journey.
The music bears traces of the influence of such artists as Kraftwerk, LCD Soundsystem, Can, Talking Heads, Brian Eno, and… Harold Faltermeyer. (Yes, I’ll own it.)
